In case of any exchange transaction exceeding 20 million drams or equivalent foreign currency, the exchange rates are set by the Bank. The card exchange rate is determined as follows: For transactions in US dollars and Russian rubles, the non-cash purchase exchange rate is reduced by 0.25%, and the non-cash selling exchange rate is increased by 0.25%. For transactions in euros, the non-cash purchase exchange rate is reduced by 2.25%, and the non-cash selling exchange rate is increased by 2.25%.
